Herbal steaming is a wonderful tradition practiced worldwide, in which herbs and hot water are used to steam a part of the body. For example, you may have used this method to relieve a blocked nose.
It is also highly beneficial for women’s health. In this practice, you sit on a special stool over a pot of hot water infused with a selection of boiled herbs, allowing yourself to relax. I like to offer a head and neck massage to my clients during the steaming. The combination of steam, warmth, and herbs soothes, relaxes, stimulates circulation, and warms the body.
Herbal steaming can help cleanse the vagina and uterus, regulate menstruation, and alleviate period cramps and bloating. It’s particularly beneficial for those with painful or irregular periods, those seeking to increase fertility, or anyone experiencing general discomfort. Additionally, it supports mental health by reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and fatigue, while enhancing overall well-being.

Herbal Ball Belly Massage
This is a warm herbal compress massage designed for postpartum belly recovery. The massage can be applied starting from the second week after childbirth. Combining massage with herbs provides beneficial effects, such as improving digestion, calming the nervous system, enhancing blood circulation, and relaxing muscles, bringing warmth back in the body. Each herbal ball can be used up to three times and should be stored in the refrigerator.
